AcceleRate Financial is a virtual division of Crosstown Civic Credit Union. It was launched in May 2010 with the mandate to deliver high investment interest rates, regardless of available funds to invest. While AcceleRate is primarily a self-serve investment platform, our exceptional member service has earned praise from our members and throughout investment communities.
Recently, a decision was made to renew AcceleRate’s online experience to make it easier for our members to use and to set a strong foundation for future technological advancements.
Much more than a refreshed look, the navigation and content on the site has been optimized for convenience, usability and to exceed the expectations of our members.
Here is a brief overview of the sections of the site:
- Homepage: The homepage is the hub for all crucial information, including specials, current rates and news.
- Open an Account: This feature will help guide you if you desire to apply for a membership or open a new account with AcceleRate Financial.
- Online Banking: Use online banking to complete transactions and manage your account. Our online banking is powered by MemberDirect® and hosted by our parent company, Crosstown Civic Credit Union. As such, it is branded as Crosstown Civic.
- Product: Our Products section provides you with an overview of our offering, and offers more information on the benefits and requirements of each of our deposit products.
- Rates: Visit our rates page for up-to-date rates, and see how they will benefit your savings by using our investment calculators.
- Service Solutions: This resource section provides information for our to complete any self-service tasks related to transactions or account management. You will also find all our forms, frequently asked questions and news in this section.
