Our service provider is completing a regularly scheduled banking system upgrade on Sunday, October 16.

What does this mean for members?

  • Online and mobile banking will be unavailable from 2:00 a.m. CT to approximately 2:00 p.m. CT.
  • During this upgrade window, access to ATM and POS funds will be limited.

How can you prepare?

  1. Complete all urgent online banking transactions by Saturday, October 15.
  2. Take cash out before Sunday, October 16 or use an alternative method of payment (such as credit cards) for purchases on Sunday, October 16.
