Change password
  1. Visit the “PAC/Password” page in online banking or under the “Settings” tab in mobile banking.
  2. Enter your current PAC/Password in the Current PAC/Password box for online or mobile banking.
  3. Enter your new password in both the New PAC/Password and Verify New PAC/Password boxes.
  4. Click on Submit.
  5. The new PAC/Password will be required the next time you login.
Change security settings

To change your security settings please visit the “Profile and Preferences” tab for online banking, or “Change Security Settings” under the “Settings” tab on the mobile app.

Manage direct alerts

Is a great way to automatically warn you of certain changes to your online banking account. As an additional layer of security, Direct Alerts allows members to receive alerts via text message or email, so you can let us know right away if something strange is happening, and together we can take immediate action steps to fix it.

Manage payees

To add a new payee, visit the “Add/Delete Payee” page under the “Payments” tab for online banking, or under the “Settings” tab on the mobile app. Find the payee by either entering the payee's name in the Search by Payee Name box and clicking on Search or clicking on one of the Browse by Type categories.
